MA Responds is a volunteer registration database currently used by 31 MA MRC units.  In this presentation we will highlight features around the overall use of the system to successfully communicate with, credential, and manage volunteers.  This overview will also explain how volunteers can self-register, and share information on resources available to new units joining the system. There will be time for system related questions following the presentation. Please note: This webinar will not meet the deliverable around Basic Administrator training, but will offer a general overview to those unfamiliar with the database.
