This number will be utilized as a 24/7 resource for human service and Public Safety/disaster response and planning agencies. This service offers translators for a variety of languages. Core Competencies

With the National Association of City and County Health Officials (NACCHO), the MRC Federal Program Office has identified eight basic core competencies for all MRC volunteers in 2006 here.

In 2007, the Federal Program Office also developed a matrix of training options here.
